Rakesh Saini is the President, CEO and CFO of Right Avenue MIC. He has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over 13 years and served as an Executive Vice President for PBA Association of BC. He also worked as a Director at BC Wildlife Federation for 7 years.
In addition, he has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and 11 years of experience in Mortgage Industry.
Currently, he is also a Director and Designated Individual for MKR Mortgage Solutions that handles investor funds against Mortgage-Backed lending that optimizes rate of returns for its Investors!
Rakesh’s leadership and dedication are backed by a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s degree in Economics, PBA Certification and multiple diplomas. Rakesh lives by the motto: “The more you learn, the more you earn.”
In his personal time, Rakesh enjoys traveling and working on his multiple non-profit endeavors.
Ishma Alvi is the Vice President, Credit & Compliance at Right Avenue MIC. With over 15 years of experience as an Award-Winning Senior Mortgage Broker and 7 years as a licensed Realtor, she has developed deep expertise in residential and commercial real estate investment and portfolio management.
Her educational background consisting of a CA-Inter certification and Bachelor’s in Human Resources supplements her extensive experience in working with both people and their finances! Ishma brings valuable experience in human resources and has also contributed to academia through her involvement in teaching post secondary business courses in Canada. She has also served as a Board of Director Alumni at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), reflecting her commitment to community engagement and education.
In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Ishma is also a self-reliant investor known for her strategic insight and financial acumen.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ishma is an avid traveler and dancer. These hobbies reflect her vibrant personality and love for exploration and creative expression!
Mandeep Singh Gill is the Director at Right Avenue MIC.
With multiple ventures under his belt, Mandeep has developed a strong foundation in building and managing investment portfolios—not only for himself but also for others seeking guidance in wealth creation and business development.
Educationally, Mandeep holds a Red Seal certification as an Electrician, proudly licensed in Canada. His technical background, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, gives him a unique and practical perspective on business operations and investment strategies.
Known for his warm personality and ever-present smile, Mandeep is deeply involved in community initiatives, regularly participating in local events to support and uplift those around him. His approachable nature and dedication to community service make him a respected and trusted figure both professionally and personally.
In his leisure time, Mandeep enjoys watching football, playing cricket, and staying current with global market trends and international affairs—interests that not only reflect his global mindset but also enrich his investment insights
Andy Sharma is the Director of Underwriting & Compliance at Right Avenue MIC. He has held notable roles in Mortgage Underwriting and Mortgage Brokering with Prime banks like TD, CIBC along with working as Senior underwriter for MKR Mortgage Solutions. He also worked as a licensed Mortgage Broker, giving him a unique perspective from both sides of the lending spectrum. Over 3 yrs of dual exposure has equipped Andy with a deep understanding of underwriting principles, lending practices, and client-focused solutions. Additionally, Andy has 3+ years of experience of working as a licensed Realtor and also hold a Rental Property Manager license.
Academically, Andy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a Canadian institution, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. With a longstanding passion for business and finance, Andy continues to stay informed and adaptive in a fast-evolving market.
Known for his professional demeanor paired with a friendly and energetic personality, Andy is always open to new challenges and opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to explore different cultures and playing table tennis to stay active and focused.
